To meet diverse environment and reliability requirements, this fine-pitch LED series is available in three distinct optical packaging configurations:

Surface Mounted Diode (SMD)

The industry-standard configuration featuring individual RGB pixel encapsulation. It offers excellent color consistency, high contrast ratios, and cost-effective maintenance at the single-pixel level. Optimized for standard indoor environments with controlled humidity and low risk of physical impact.

Glue-on-Board (GOB)

An advanced protective upgrade built on standard SMD architecture. By applying a specialized transparent epoxy resin layer across the module surface, it achieves an IP54-rated shield. This provides robust protection against moisture, dust, and physical impact (anti-collision) while maintaining wide viewing angles and high brightness output. Ideal for high-traffic public areas and rental applications.

Chip-on-Board (COB)

A next-generation packaging technology where raw LED flip-chips are bonded directly to the PCB substrate and sealed with an optical resin matrix. By eliminating wire bonds and traditional lead frames, COB maximizes heat dissipation, reduces failure rates (pixel out-of-control rate), and achieves ultra-fine pixel pitches below P1.0. The continuous resin coating provides a smooth, pixel-free surface with superior dustproof, waterproof, and anti-static properties, making it the definitive choice for high-end control centers and corporate boardrooms.

  • Interlocking Slot Design: A specialized interlocking slot mechanisms enables rapid, single-technician installation. The self-mating hardware guarantees precise physical alignment and drastically reduces assembly time during large-scale rollouts.

  • Fully Modular, Seamless Integration: The floating module structure allows fine-tuning in six axes to achieve true zero-bezel, seamless continuity across the entire video wall, eliminating visible gaps or grid lines.

  • 100% Front-Serviceable Architecture: Modules, receiving cards, and power supply units (PSUs) are fully accessible from the front using a magnetic vacuum tool. This slim profile design allows for direct wall-mounting, eliminating the need for rear maintenance access channels and saving valuable spatial footprint.
