Outdoor Fixed Installation LED Display:
Die-Casting Magnalium Cabinet
Model: FA-500
The FA-500 series is engineered specifically for high-reliability outdoor commercial displays and digital signage networks. To ensure structural integrity and long-term stability under harsh environmental conditions, the cabinet is precision-machined from high-strength die-cast magnalium, delivering exceptional heat dissipation and corrosion resistance. Designed with a slim, space-saving profile, the FA-500 adapts seamlessly to varied architectural footprints and tight installation spaces. The series supports a versatile range of pixel pitches, including P2.5, P3.076, P4, P5, P6.6, P8, P10, and P16, meeting different viewing distance and resolution requirements for outdoor media.

Slim Design, Light Weight Die-casting LED Cabinet:
Engineered with a ultra-lightweight die-cast magnalium cabinet, the series significantly minimizes structural load-bearing requirements and logistics costs, weighing just 44 kg per cabinet. The precision-molded enclosure ensures a seamless, flush alignment upon installation. Featuring a fully front-serviceable architecture, all critical internal components—including the power supply units (PSUs), receiving cards, and modules—are directly accessible from the front. This zero-rear-clearance design eliminates the need for maintenance pathways behind the display, optimizing space utilization for wall-mounted or tight-depth installations.

Fanless Design, Better Heat Dissipation
Utilizing a fanless thermal management design, the FA-500 series leverages the high thermal conductivity of its die-cast magnalium enclosure for efficient passive heat dissipation, completely eliminating the need for internal fans or external air conditioning. This design substantially reduces structural weight and operational power consumption. By transitioning to a fully sealed, fanless architecture, the cabinet prevents the intake of ambient dust and moisture driven by forced air cooling, significantly enhancing its ingress protection (IP) rating and long-term reliability. Furthermore, integrated high-density heat sink fins on the rear door maximize the convective surface area, accelerating thermal discharge while acting as a robust thermal barrier to protect internal electronic modules from external ambient heat.

Low Power Consumption
Better Visual Effects
Engineered for high-impact outdoor daylight viewing, the display delivers a brightness range of 5,000 to 10,000 nits, paired with a 3,840 Hz to 7,680 Hz refresh rate and 14-bit to 22-bit grayscale depth for precise grayscale transitions. The optical design provides a 160° horizontal and vertical viewing angle, ensuring uniform color and contrast consistency across wide off-axis viewing positions.

Stable Performance
Incorporating industrial-grade core components—including highly stable switching power supplies, high-refresh PWM driving ICs, and premium LED encapsulation—the display architecture is engineered for a service life exceeding 100,000 hours (over 8 years of continuous operation). This rigid component selection ensures minimal luminous decay and consistent color uniformity throughout its entire operational lifecycle under demanding outdoor environments.
